hi..we have 3 new juniors..yay!! cheng mun, charlene and dongran a.k.a dang hoon..they are all qt good at playing..juz that dh has abit of AP..causing syarah to be pissed at her?
haha..we played qt softly..to play loud
1) muz have air support
2) play in the open air(we can try on the track there)
3) run long distances
4) the bottle method (cutting the top half and putting plastic bag there to blow till it drops)
5)muz have stamina
6)train the diaprahm
haha..let's train hard and get that gold! we're the bandits!!

p.s. blowing loud is not blasting cos i read somewhere that once you blow too hard or too loud it will sound like a percussion instru instead..not a good tone..so it's the air support that helps..
